Integrated into every iVolt^®, our unique IRT Energy Monitor^® technology enables real-time measurement of your energy consumption so that you can track your ongoing savings accurately.

During the measurement phase, the IRT Energy Monitor^® uses iVolt's variable voltage technology to gradually increase the output voltage until it matches incoming voltage levels. The energy being utilised at this higher voltage level is monitored for a defined period before the output voltage is lowered in order to resume maximum energy saving. Measurement time and frequency parameters are fully user-configurable.

The IRT Energy Monitor^® compares energy consumption at normal mains and optimised voltage levels which, combined with the pre-installation site survey information, quantifies the iVolt^® energy savings being achieved. An optional iVolt^® communications module allows data from the IRT Energy Monitor^® to be transmitted to a remote monitoring systems.
